Since founding LP Consulting in 1997, Lise has fundamentally changed the way industry and agriculture approach waste. A leader on soil health, she set the standards for crop management for Atlantic Canada and designed amendment programs for higher yields and resilience. She has received the Nova Scotia Distinguished Agrologist Award and the Mobius Award of Excellence, Hall of Fame.

Courtney Blois,
Research Lead

Courtney is the research lead for on-farm agronomy trials and the blueberry nutrient management planner. She organizes field work and farmers, ensuring the research trials are of the highest quality. Raised on a dairy and blueberry farm, her knowledge and expertise continue to grow with the completion of the nutrient management planning program. She can be found in research fields all over the Maritimes.

Misty Croney,
Partner & Vice President

Misty oversees all projects from design to implementation. She is skilled at analyzing data from research, waste-to-resource programs, and crop management plans to benefit farmers, industry and the environment. She connects insight from data to provide innovative, profitable programs for her clients. In 2021, she received the Distinguished Agrologist Award from the NS Institute of Agrologists.

Hannah Stokdijk,
Research & Special Projects Coordinator

Hannah joined the LP team as a summer student for two summers and returned to become a full time team member after graduating from MacDonald campus of McGill with bioresource engineering. Her time is spent helping with waste to resource programs, building the carbon program and with field work. Hannah is from Musquodoboit Valley and has been raising beef cattle for over 10 years.

Ron Coles,
Senior Project Specialist

Ron explores new opportunities in waste to resource, renewable energy and research. He has experience as VP and manager of a research company focusing on renewable energy from agriculture crops. He has provided management services in the dairy sector and a consulting firm focused on specialty crop production and field research. Ron works from our Prince Edward Island location.

In 2019, LP Consulting received the Mobius Award of Excellence, Innovation in Waste Reduction for their work in developing an animal bedding re-using waste wallboard and woodfiber.
